This caramelises the surface. But inside the steak remains beautifully juicy. The drawbridge in Grenzau mainly offers high-quality meat from Germany, the USA or Australia. Many pieces are offered 'dry-aged', i.e. they can 'relax' in the new maturing cupboard beforehand. If you don't like beef, you can also order pork, lamb or chicken from the new extensive menu.
